Boston "T" lines - Blizzard of '78

Here's a classic set of photos from the "Storm of the Century", the big snow which
occurred in the first week of February, 1978. These were all scanned
from my hand-developed 35mm B&W negatives.

People heading towards the Government Center station downtown, the afternoon of the storm.



The rest of the set was all taken in Allston, Mass., during the time the PCC's became stranded
and during the immediate aftermath, with students skiing on the Green Line median right-of-way
on Commonwealth Avenue during the next few days during the cleanup (15 more photos).
