These are from a driving tour on Sunday, October 23, 2011, around the Wilkes-Barre, PA area.
I tried to photograph a variety of scenes to give a feel for the area (old and new) at this time.
Along Prospect St., Wilkes-Barre, just east of Grove St.

These last 6 photos were taken on Conyngham St. in Ashley, just off North Main St.
There's a long-abandoned CNJ railroad bridge with a short stretch of rails intact over it.
